What does it mean if a Dr says there is a 4mm endometrial echogenic complex & uterus is 7.5x5.1x3.5 cm the rt ovary is21 x 24x 27 mm and the lt is 21x 12x17mm in size and the uterus is anterverted. Should I be worried? I thought we got one free question
