Should I Be Worried About Below Reports In Pelvic And Abdomen Scan?
sir, my pelvic and abdomen scan reveals that the uterus is bulky 11.1 x 4.8x6.1 cms. no focal myometrial lesion observed, endometrial cavity echo is visualised (11mm) , both ovares not localised, no adnexal mass seen, no free fluid in the pouch of doughlas.....Is this normal

You have normal reports.
According to the reports,your uterus is enlarged in size.It may be due to many reasons like postpartum stage,multiparous women etc.
It should be clinically correlated.
Thickness of endometrium depend upon the phase of menstrual cycle.11 mm can be considered as normal.
Some times ovary may not be seen due to bowel gas,this is normal.
Both adnexa appears normal.
No e/o fluid in POD
