Should I Be Worried About Goose Egg And Cut On Chin After A Fall?

my three year old fell from a bar stool tonight and hit his head along with his chin and has a goose egg and a cut on his lower left side of his chin, he is acting normal, and pupils are normal and i checked them with a flash light, should i take him to the er ?

Thanks for the query.
Though you think everything is normal, you might have to inj. Tetanus toxoid.
Also antibiotic ointment for local application might be necessary to prevent infection.
So i would suggest you to go to the er.
