Should I Be Worried About Headache And Stomach Pain After A 10 Yr Old Hit His Head And Face?
My 10 yr old fell and hit his head and face before falling into the pool. At first he had blurred vision and dry heaves. Both subsided and now he has a headache (of course) and stomach pain. Should I be worried. Iv not let him fall asleep nor has he been sleepy.
I need to know the severity of head injury. if it was just a concussion injury not severe he just needs a painkiller along with sound sleep. allow him to sleep. I donot think there is any thing to worry. If injury was severe doctor might order a NCCT head to rule out any intracranial bleed.
