Should I Be Worried About The Absence In Periods After Suffering From Dengue?

i suffered from dengue before 3 months and from then i missed my periods. now i consulted a gyno n she prescibed regestrone 10mg tds * 3 days and the course of tablet ended before 3 days. i stated getting small pain in my abdomen n muscle ache before 1 day but bleeding didn't start till now. is there any problem with me. i'm married and we are planning for our first kid. before fever my periods were normal.
