Should I Be Worried For Hairs Sticking Out Of Urethra?

25 yr old female found hairs sticking out of urethra. have been itchy and uncomfortable for a while thought maybe a uti but nothing helped. when i noticed them i removed with no pain whatsoever and itchy/discomfort has dissipated almost completely. help? what happened? how does hair end up there?
