Should I Consult The Doctor For The Brown Spot On The White Of The Eye?

I have a brown spot on the white of my eye. It has redness in the form of small burst vessels around it and it has begun to hurt. Is it a cause for major concern and should I see a doctor right away? Or should I wait to see if it will go away on its own?

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having a brown spot surrounded by blood vessels in the white part of the eye.
This can be because of inflammation of episclera or sclera and requires treatment by use of antiinflammatory drugs and low potent steroid eye drops.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
