Should I Consult The Doctor For The Head Being Hurt While On A Hang Over?

I was extremely drunk last night and was in the toilet when I feel asleep (was very tired) and fell forward hitting the front of my head on the tiles. I woke right up and was fine, a bit shocked. I remember everything. When I got home an hr later I vomited (due to alcohol I would say). Woke up with a little hangover had breakfast and feel fine. Should I see a doctor?

It is possible that your vomiting may be due to alcohol. However, vomiting is also one of the symptom of for suspecting head injury. Even though there is no need to consult a doctor for a single vomiting, if the vomiting is repeated more than once and if you develop severe head ache and / giddiness within 12 hrs of injury you must consult a neuro surgeon who may keep you under observation for 24 hrs.
