Should I Consult The Doctor For The Lump On The Forehead Looking Like Blood Vein And Itching?

A lump appeared for no reason on my forhead.(temple area) It looks almost like a blown blood vein, doesnt really hurt, (2 on a scale) the pain that is there is more like a headache. It itches slightly, but from the inside, not likea bug bite. My pupils are the same size and not dilated. Should I be getting it checked, or wait and see?

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The lump on the temple looking like a blood vessel could be related to an inflamed vain. In case it is painful to touch or the swelling is gradually increasing then medical attention is needed.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
