Should I Continue Taking Azoran Having Diagnosed For Myasthenuc Gravis And Thymus Tumors And Thymus Was Completely Removed?
Hi I had myasthenia gravis specially Myasthenic crisis And Thymus tumors . I was operated in 2010 and thymus was completely removed . But i was asked to continue with certain medication . I was told earlier that i had to take AZORAN for 2 years and later there wont be any need , later when i went to the local physisian(not my doctor) he asked me to continue the dose . I have been taking 3 tablets of AZORAN 50mg daily. please guide me
it is good to hear that you are following up on your condition however getting to a right dr is as important i would suggest you meet your neurologist who knows the entire case history
azoran has many severe side effects that includes damage to liver, kidney and bone marrow suppression (thereby infections) so i would not give it life long so please meet your regular doc
i cant suggest you to stop right away that is not safe
i am sorry i have limited advice online without knowing your entire history and investigations
best of luck
