Hello,

Get clinically examined by an orthopedist. Get assessed and examined, get all required blood tests and required imaging tests done. Acute back pain can be caused by heavy weightlifting, muscle strain, slip disc, herniated disc, spinal stenosis, osteoporosis, fracture, etc. Since you are having sever back pain, which is not improving on taking medications, get it evaluated at the earliest so that treatment can be started.

You will be given conservative treatment, physical therapy, weight losing exercises under observation if obese, massage therapy, CBT, etc. Surgery is recommended only if required. Include anti-inflammatory food in your regular diet for pain management naturally. You can take NSAIDs, for relief from pain. Take one stat after food or when needed.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
