Should I Fear Contracting HIV In Spite Of A Negative Result On Test?

Hello, just a question November last year I was pricked by a needle in a diabetic pack, it was the long syringe looking one, I have had my tests up to the 6 months exposure point, but I am feelin there is still a chance that I could be positive for HIV. Is this a possibility
