Should I Get A Gestational Diabetes Test At 29 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

I am 29 weeks and 2 days pregnant, I just had a scan and the baby is measuring a large stomach of a 33 week old. I haven t had my glucose test yet will have it on tuesday to see if I have gestational diabetes. Is that all it can be? Or is this a pre indicator to something else? Eg... down syndrome?

Hello dear thanks for trusting health care magic.
You need to take the glucose challenge test as soon as possible.
Plus get a 3D sonograph to see for any other abnormalities in the fetus.
In case you have other questions you can contact me directly on http://bit.ly/drmanishajain
