Suggest Remedies For Frequent Seizures

my son is 17 he also has down syndrome is has been very healthy all his life except for ear invections which have gotten better he recently was masterbating and had a seizure than a week later it happened again but this time the siezures didn t stop rushed to hospital stayed for week of tests can this be treated without medicine and is there a way to make them go away all the test came back good
