Should I Stop Weed Eating And Other Strenuous Activities, Even Though I M Active, Feel Great, And My Heart Exams Are Fine?
I m 77 age female and live alone. I still weedeat many flowerbeds and property along the lake. I get tired but no pain. I mow my on yard, plant a veg garden & shrubs, use an electric chainsaw, dance much and always active. All my friends are younger and less active yet tell me I shouldnt be doing these things. I feel great, have had through heart exams, etc, and told I m fine. Should I stop weed eating and working so hard?
It is good to hear that you work hard. A good physical activity is always helpful for a better health. You can continue working the same way unless you medical check up shows up something abnormal forcing a doctor to put restrictions on.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Raju A. T., General & Family Physician
