Hi,

In my opinion you should seek medical advice from your treating physician. You need to check if you have resistant hypertension. Have you any other conditions that might contribute with your high blood pressure like high blood sugar, kidney problems or heart disease? Also, we need to know your functional status (risk of fall), postural hypotension, your kidney functions and hormonal functions.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
