Should I Take Diamet SR500 Or Nutrilite Protein Powder?

i am diabetic since 2005. I was used to take ZOMET 500 for some period and RIOMET 500 and before some months I was prescribed by another doctor to take DIAMET SR500.. BUT AMWAY people suggests me to take NUTRILITE PROTEIN powder two times per day. I am totally in a confusion state. Please clear my puzzle doctor, please.....

DIAMET SR will take care of your diabetes. it is must to take DIAMET SR for maintaining your normal sugar levels.
nutrilite powder is a nutritional supplement that will help in diabetes

even if you dont take nutrilite, DIAMET SR is a must
