Should I Use Artificial Tears In Case Of Dryness And Heaviness In Eyes?

Hi, my name is Jake, my eyes feel extremely heavy and difficult to move, I don t spend much time behind a screen and use artificial tears to help with my dry eye. I have been experiencing rather weird pains/sensations, behind and around the eyes, and sometimes a sharp, dull pain on the cornea of eye.

Hello
It seems from. the history that you are having dry eyes and on treatment with artificial tears.
The next options if it is not responding to treatment are use of cyclosporin or steroids or punctual plugs. This also requires evaluation to find out the type and severity if dry eye.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
