Should I Wait For The Next Menstrual Cycle Or Take The Pregnancy Test Immediately?

I havent had a normal period since september. It skipped october and i took two pregnacy tests both of which were negitive. I got my period 3 days after the last test which was the beginning of november but it only lasted two and a half days. My december period was a week in a half later then it should of been but also pnly lasted like two days and was way lighter then usual. My period has messed up before so i wasn't think much of it but I've beem asked numerous times in the past couple weeks if i was pregnant . My january period is due in a week. So basicallt long stort shorty question is should i take another test now or wait til after my expected period date?

There is no harm in taking a pregnancy test now, other than the cost of the test. However, it would probably make more sense to wait until you expect your next period. If your period comes, then you saved yourself a test, but if you don't have a period, then you can take a test. If you took a test now, it might not be able to detect a pregnancy yet anyway of it is too early, so I say you should wait. I hope everything works out for you!
