Should I Worried About The Numbness And The Tingling Feeling All Over The Body?

This morning, after about an hour after getting to work, I started getting a tingling/numbness feeling all over. In my head, mouth, teeth, feet, hands, sides, etc. My head isn t hurting, but feels funny, pressure like when my sinuses are bothering me. It s lasted all day. Should I be worried?
