Should Levaquin Be Started For Allergic And Itching Reactions?
Hi my wife just had her forth chemo last week for breast cancer. Today she has come down with a severe allergic reaction to something, we don t know what it is. i ve giving her benadryl and hydrocortisone ointment 2.5% for itching. she has broken out on her arms and head and her ears are a little swollen. i have a 7 day supply of levaquin 500mg tabs should i start her on this before this gets any worse? Any advice would be great thank you..

Yes, you should start it. It may get worse also. Consult with your doctor if anything goes worse. Sometimes chemo drugs react weirdly.
