General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern

Scratch can cause transmission of the rabies virus.
Rabies is very fatal disease.

I would suggest to follow appropriate anti rabies vaccination schedule according to your doctor advise.
Complete five does will provide immunity.
Just three dose is not sufficient
Better to take 0,3,7,14,28 days dose.

Make sure that there is no infection and pus formation at bite site.
If infection occur topical antibiotic will help
Hope this may help you

Contact further if follow up needed
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
