Should Rosuvas Be Taken For Blockage In Blood Supply To Brain?

I HAD A BLACK OUT ABOUT THREE YEARS AGO AND ONE ON 27 jAN THIS YEAR.THESE WERE FOR ABOUT 5SECONDS EACH.AFTER THE FIRST EPISODE I WENT THROUGH A COMPLETE CARDIAC CHECK AS ADVISED AND WAS DECECTED 42% BLOCKAGE IN BLOOD SUPPLY TO THE BRAIN ON LEFT SIDE OF MY NECK.FOR THIS I AM TAKING ROSUVAS 10 AND CLOPIDOGREL 75 mg REGULARLY FOR LAST THREE YEARS.AFTER THE SECOND EPISODE THE DOC ADVISED BRAIN MRI/EEG.THE RESULT AS PER DOC RULES OUT EPPILLEPSY AS SUSPECTED .THE DOC HAS STILL PRESCRIBED LEVIPIL 500 (TWO A DAY).Pl advise -shoud I take this considering the side effects or go for a second consultation
