Should Thyronorm Tablets Be Taken For Lifetime?

Hi
I am 22 years old weighing 64kg
I got my t3 t4 tsh levels tested. T3 T4 levels are within range, TSH level is 7.81
I have always had irregular menstrual cycle, but lately i am suffering from a great amount of hair loss, occasional constipation. My doctor has prescribed thyronorm 25mcg and a retest after 6 weeks. What should i do? I have come across the term subclinical hypothyroidism and want to know if I fall in that category and wouldn't require medication. Also how long should the medication be taken after the tsh level are within range? Is it possible to not be dependent on medication for life.
