Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Delivery should be done on 'term' in cholestasis of pregnancy. If your baby is 34 weeks, this is probably the right figure to count from delivery. Though one week wont matter a lot but I would suggest you should count for the baby age on ultrasound as baby born prematurely can have more problems. So, take it 34 rather then 35 but don't worry. Wont make a lot difference. The dose of udillive is 15 to 2o mg per kg per day, so 300 mg three times is pretty right dose for 64 kg, if needed anyhow you can increase it to 4 times a day. This generally would control itching very well, if not you should talk to your doctor for other options like cholestyramine, even antihistaminics have been used.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
