Should A Doctor Be Consulted For Depression And Weight Gain Post Thyroid Removal?

I had my thyroid removed in june and the first month I felt great ,but since then im tired and gaining weight .im on 250 levothyroxzine and I want to know what I can do to feel better..they told me I would and know im getting depressed...help should I consult a new dr. or what help

hello
you shoud consult an endocrinologist /physician and get blood test done.if level of Free T3-T4 is less than normal , you would have to increase the dose of drug.and symtoms may relieve.so its necessary to contact the dr.
