Should A Sudden Dizziness In The Morning Be A Cause Of Concern?

Hi, I woke suddely this morning with a spinning room sensation. It happened two more times where I had to literally hold on to the sides of the bed. I was hot then cold. Tried different positions. Seemed provoked when I scratched my head. Felt nearly dizzy and off all day. Should I be concerned?

hello. No,you should not be concerned at this point but if this happens again,you should do certain neurological tests to rule out some disorder such as carotid vessel stenosis. Wish you a nice day.
