Should Ear Drop Antibiotics Continued If It Clogs Up The Ear?

hi, I was prescribed some ear drop antibiotics to help an outer ear infection. However, since the last time I put them in, my ear has been completely clogged up. Should I continue using the drops and just wait for it to unclogg itself or should I go to see the doctor again?

hello. it is likely that the clogging is due to edema and may be a part of natural course of the disease .you can continue the drops. only if you have a burning sensation or itching, you will have to stop them. thanks
