Femilon is used for birth control and to regulate your cycles. It could be used in PCOS to make sure you have regular cycles. If you want to get pregnant now, then you should probably talk to your doctor and tell him/her that you want to stop the medicine and try to get pregnant. Your doctor will then discuss with you other ways to regulate your cycle that will not prevent pregnancy.
However, if you do not want to get pregnant, you should not stop the Femilon. If you did stop, your cycles will get messed up, so you should continue the medicine as long as you don't want to have a baby. I hope this answers your question, and I wish you a safe journey to London!
