Hi. About 2 months ago I decided to try a gluten free diet and have been gluten free since but at this point i'm losing weight and i'm just really hungry and I wanted to know how to properly reintroduce gluten into my diet or if I can just start eating gluten right away like normal.
Hi thanks for your question. Here you have lose your weight.so now you have to maintain your weight. Gluten can be taken without any problem from now onwards. So don't worry regarding starting it.
