Should I Be Concerned About Hanging Of Left Scrotum Lower Than Right One?

I have been noticing changes in my testicles the left scrotum hangs lower than right sometimes saggy scrotal skin I have no pain recently seen a doctor no sighn of hernia or infection or torsion if she elimnated all of those why do I still feel uncomfortable and I usually get a fast errction but now it seems difficult to accomplish please help I am very worried

Hello

You have normal findings.
Left testis normally hangs lower than right testis.It is normally found in every male.
Scrotal skin appears also changes with changing conditions and emotions.
I presume that you have been properly examined by a clinician.
It is good that there is no sign of infection or hernia.
If your doubt persists then you can go for ultrasound of scrotum.Ultrasound can detect abnormality.
