Should I Be Concerned About My Nipples Size And Sensitivity?
I'm 42 and have had a very slight pain when I touch my nipples for a while now. Today, I just noticed that my nipples have grown bigger - standing out, more dramatically than it was in the past from what I recall. I am a very healthy woman who workouts everyday. Im curious if I should be concerned?

You have not given any history of injury or breast feeding. If not then it is in fection due to any reason. Clean the nipple with steile swab. Give mild warm compression. Apply antbiotic ointment like neosporine. Take analgesic tablet like hifenac for 5days. Itshould be alright or else get it examined by gyenecologist.
