Should I Be Concerned About Numbness Of Face And Buzzing Sound In Ear After An Injury?

I fell down on the floor and hit my ear and side of my head. My ear is red and warm and I have a buzzing sound that won't stop. The side of my face feels a little numb and when I move my jaw i'm hearing noises in my ear. Should I go to emergency to get checked?
