Should I Be Concerned About The Arched Back During Sleep In Infant?

I have an infant who when sleeping shows significant arching of her back, and keeps her legs crossed which i know are signs of a neurological impairment. She is developmentally appropriate in her behaviors when waking. Is this something to be concerned about?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern and let me tell you that the way baby sleeps is absolutely normal and no need to worry about this you better stop paying attention toward this, otherwise you would be more suspicious and for that you child would suffer, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
