Should I Be Concerned About Weird Sounds In Ear After Taking Antibiotics For Cold?

i am getting over a cold. was on Avelox for 10 days (ended Friday), and a medraldose pack, ended Sunday morning. Saturday, i woke up & my left ear felt full, like i was underwater. When I wink my left eye & raise my left cheek, like winking at someone, i'm getting a drumming sound in my ear. Yesterday I thought I was getting a sore throat again.

Dear Sir
The weird sound and fullness usually indicate dysfunction of Eustachian tube which is quite common with common cold or rhinitis. This is not an unusual phenomenon but requires treatment with cold medicine and nasal decongestant sprays, avoid blowing nose, and take steam inhalation, if you are not improving in 48 hours please visit an ENT specialist
