Should I Be Concerned As I Am Having Headaches, Eye Pain, Dizzy Spells And Nausea?

Hi, I have been having problems with m eyes for about a year now, but has gotten worse in the past six months. I have really bad headaches in the front of my head with severe eye pain which is usually worst in the morning and evenings. i have trouble seeing at times. My eyes are in pain all day, mostly in the sunlight. I also have dizzy spells, and nausea with this. What do you think my problem is? Could i be a brain tumor? M concern is not having health insurance. Sould I go to the emergency room?

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having eye pain, dizziness, nausea, blurring of vision....
All these symptoms indicate primary headache like migraine.
This is most probably migraine with possibility of brain tumor being very rare.
The treatment is by using ergot alkaloids in acute phase and prophylactic drugs like flunarizine to prevent recurrent attacks.

Hence I advice you to consult physician doctor for examination for confirmation of diagnosis and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
