I have a mytro valve prolapse asthma related bronchitis copd and periodic severe arthritis . I m a 58 year old female and all other females in family have died between 54 and 60. My son aged 40, has had heart attack degenerative bone disease and a shunt in his heart. I m obviously concerned about the hereditary problems I have. What shall I do?
hi, prognosis differs from patient to patient and family history of death has got numerous limitations to extrapolate to others. It should not be a cause of worry to you as long as you are correctly diagnosed and treated. your problems are not life threatening and hence please remain happy. all the best.
