Should I Be Concerned As I Have Pain Upon Ejaculation And With The First Urination After Ejaculation?

I sometimes have some pain/discomfort upon ejaculation and with the first urination after ejaculation. I am 56. I don't drink, smoke, etc. My only bad habit is caffeine(coffee). I do not have prostate cancer, or prostatitis. Could caffeine be the culprit? Is this something I need to be concerned with or not? I am otherwise healthy.

Hello
I think you have mild infection of urethra or urinary infection. Caffeine doesn't cause these symptoms. Generally inflammation of seminal vesicle /prostate cause these symptoms. Hope you are not diabetic.
Please get urine examination done . See if your partner has pain during sex or evidence of infection. Get her checked by a gyneacologist.
