Should I Be Concerned For Having Twitch Under My Eye?

Hi, I have had two brain strokes caused by severe migrain and lost some periferal vision on right and left eye but now I'm getting a twitch under my left eye not the eye lid. But under my eye should I be conserned. As I did not know I took the strokes before and they have left perminint damage.

It seems from the history that you are having twitching under the eye.
Twitching is because of involuntary contraction of muscles and is usually seen in conditions of stress.
No need to worry about twitching.
However if the twitching is continuous and causing problems interfering with your routine activities it requires evaluation to rule out facial nerve problems and neurological problems like hemifacial spasm....
In these cases it requires evaluation by neurologist.
