Should I Be Concerned Of Sudden Sense Of Falling And Spinning Down While Awake ?
Twice today I have had a sudden and very strong sensation that I was falling and spinning down. My vision was also impaired momentarily. Within a few seconds I was fine, however there is this tinge of dizziness that has lingered all day. I ve had this sensation while dozing off before but never while awake. I m otherwise very healthy and take no meds or drink alcohol. Should I be concerned?
