Brief Answer:
Need further information...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

If possible can you describe the headache further:
1. Is it a continuous headache for a week or the pain intermittent?
2. Can you describe the ache - a dull ache or throbbing pain?
3. How severe is the pain on a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being the most severe headache you ever sufferred)?
4. Are you running fever?
5. Do you have nausea, vomiting, visual impairment, nasal congestion or any other symptom associated with headache?
6. Have you had high blood pressure in the past?
7. Have you had brain scan - CT / MRI performed with blood tests?

The blood test reports you uploaded did not reveal any serious abnormalities. And none of it is directly associated with the cause of headaches. You should be evaluated further. I might be able to guide you further based on your reply.

Regards

I do not have a big headache. I have a kind of sting in the back of the head. I had around 3-4 days with hypertension around 9.5-14.
Also I have another concern. In my analysis I had GGT 55 which is higher than the normal values. I saw that this was an indication of liver damage. I saw in Internet that silymarin was very good for the liver. What do you recommend? Thank you

Brief Answer:
Pain may be related to blood pressure...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I am sorry, I did not understand the BP readings you mentioned here (9.5 - 14). If blood pressure were high followed by headache, then perhaps they are related. In such case, as long as BP remain stable, it should not concern you.

I will not be concerned with marginally elevated GGT and liver enzyme. Do you consume alcohol? Alcohol has direct effect on these enzymes. You should avoid alcohol. In addition, keeping weight under normal limits is also recommended.

As far as silymarin is concerned, there are reports that it helps liver function. But my knowledge on this herb is limited. A herbal medicine specialist / ayurveda physician will be able to shed more on this herb.

Hope this answered your question.

Regards
