Hello,
These symptoms are very usual in pregnancy.
During pregnancy, there may be a lot of swelling due to fluid retention in the body.
This will increase the pressure in almost all the muscle compartments in both upper limb and lower limb.
Pain in wrist is due to compression of nerve called median nerve in wrist.
This is called carpel tunnel syndrome.
the carpel tunnel is the place where the median nerve supplying the hand enters from the forearm to hand through wrist.
This ultimately result in pain in wrist and hand.
This is a not a big problem that will usually resolve on its own. However, you may try some simple exercises to relieve symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome.

If the pain even after the simple exercises, your treating doctor may advice splints.

Hope this helps.
