Should I Be Worried About A Lump On Forehead?

My son was playing and bent over and hit his forehead on the corner of the coffee table. It instantly swelled and is now a huge goose egg. He cried right away and didn't throw up. He has had juice to drink since. He is napping right now. Should i take him in to get checked?

No need to worry if the child is active and sleeping, watch for warning signs like loss of consciousness, seizures, vomiting etc, u can apply cold compression to that haematoma with ice pack and do close monitoring and can give paracetamol/ibuprofen if there is pain :)
