Should I Be Worried About Rectal Bleeding?

I have rectal bleeding, not associated with a bowel movement, no pain, no ill feelings at all just the blood on my underwhere and toilet paper, no hemroids that I know, it s not much, just a bit there, whenever I look to see if it is still happening. Should I worry???

Hello,

Although, more information is needed in order for me to give a more precise answer, I can say that painless rectal bleeding can still be caused by hemorrhoids. However this may be a symptom of other conditions such as polyps or colon cancer, so I strongly recommend you see a doctor for further investigation.
Wishing you all the best.
