It is wonderful that you breastfeed your baby but you should be very careful with the medicaments you take during this time because some of them could pass to your breast milk, and then to the baby and could harm the baby. Paracetamol is rather safe to be taken but aceclofenac is contraindicated during lactation and therefore you should stop taking Acemiz Plus. Regarding erythromycin it is safe to use during lactation.
