General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hi, You had a hit on left brow line, followed by bruise on right temple. It suggests injury to your left eye nerve supply ,half of which crosses to right side at optic chysma in brain. so sensory symptoms( skin/visual) are manifested on right side.Though physical counter part of the symptom ( in form of bruise) on opposit side is rare, you also have nausea/dizziness- considering possibility of injury to the eye nerve ( and so, the vision) I would advice you to consult a Neurologist & MRI of the region if advised by him. Thanks.
