Should I Be Worried About The Lump Below The Injury Bruise?
I was in an accident with my car a week ago. The car started to roll while I was half in/half out and I was drug down by the open door and my left leg was ran over. No broken bones but I have a huge bruise on my right upper thigh. The bruise is fading and now I've noticed a large egg shaped lump under the bruise. Don't know if I should be worried or not.

The lump indicates a contusion/hematoma.
As this was a run over,there is chance of infection.So,besides anti-inflammatory drugs,you may also need antibiotics.Kindly see your doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment.Ice pack application locally may offer some help.
