Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
With protected sex the risk for STD/HIV is almost negligible. The symptoms explained by you like head ache, sore throat and muscle pain can occur to anybody with or without HIV. Is there any unprotected oral sex?. Sometimes it may likely be to cause a sore throat.
Consult your physician and you can have investigations to rule out the possibility of STD/HIV and get treated for your sore throat.
Get well soon.
