Should I Be Worried About The Nose Bleed And Sinus Ache?

Hi i have just finished a course of penacillin for a toe infection and have felt very tired/drained today with frontal sinus ache unsure if related. However, i am now suffering from a nose bleed and wondered if this was serious or not. During the week i have had a few pressures in my head which is unusual, however they have gone away and just have a nose bleed. Is it most likely just a nose bleed or perhaps something more serious? Thanks Rob

hello,
You have not mentioned your age.
There are many causes for nasal bleed starting from high blood pressure , dry air going in the nose causing dryness and bleeding, nasal mass etc.
You need to be investigated as you have frontal headache also.
If you have been having frontal sinus infection then there could be congestion in the nose due to infection and that could also be a cause of bleeding.
So it will be better to get an ENT consultation for examination .
In doubt do reply.
