Emergency Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.

After reading your post, I would advise that she should be clinically examined and investigated.

Her blood pressure of 240/103mmHg is very high and needs urgent medical attention.

Following investigations may be helpful :-
1. Lipid profile.
2. Kidney Function Test.
3. Thyroid profile.
4. Electrocardiogram.
5. CT scan of head.

She should be prescribed antihypertensive immediately after clinical evaluation.
If blood pressure remains high, chances of stroke are increased.

I hope this is helpful to you.
Thanks.
